Chamba RTO & RLA Dates
The dates for vehicle passing have been fixed by the Chamba RTO as 8 September and 18 September 2026. The driving test has been scheduled for 17 September 2026.
Dalhousie RLA’s driving and vehicle passing test is scheduled for 9 September 2026.
In Bharmour RLA, both the activities are scheduled on 19th September 2026.
The schedule then moves on to other areas of the district. Vehicle passing on 22 September and driving test on 26 September, Chowari RLA, driving test on 23 September, Chamba RLA.

For example Rampur, when the vehicle passing and driving tests are fixed on same day then the driving test is scheduled between 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM and vehicle passing is conducted between 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM.
According to the department, the RLA Haroli, RLA Una and RTO Una driving tests are conducted at the Automated Driving Test Track (ADTT) at Rora, Haroli in the Una district. RLA Amb, Bangana and Gagret applicants are allowed to appear at this track as per the schedule listed.
